Returns and refunds

If items ordered from CannyCo USA have any factory defects, CannyCo USA offers a 30-day return policy, which means items must be returned within 30 days of when you received them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in excellent condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of $3, with two exceptions:

1) An exchange is requested, in which case the restocking fee is waived.

2) The return is due to a factory defect, in which case the restocking fee is automatically waived.

Items returned for any reason must be in unused condition, clean, and free of pet hair/smell, with the original tag. Returned items that require cleaning or removal of pet hair will be charged a $5 cleaning fee per item in addition to the restocking fee, if applicable.

Items that are returned worn, chewed, or damaged will not be accepted.

If approved, your refund will automatically be applied to the original payment method. Be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges for all exchanges and refunds are the responsibility of the customer, which means shipping charges will not be refunded in either case.

Additional charges may apply if replacement items are priced higher than the original. For Canny Collars, please ensure you have ordered the correct size beforehand (see the page 'What Size Canny Collar') as the customer will be responsible for meeting the shipping costs of any returns for an exchange of sizes. 

So that we can process your return more quickly, please enclose a printout of your e-mail receipt. Return items to CannyCo USA using this form and please write 'returned item' on the package. If you have any questions regarding returns or refunds, please contact us.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items that are worn, chewed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
