At CannyCo USA our goal is to offer you the best shipping option with the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Once we verify your order, we then tailor, quality check and package it for dispatch. Except in the event of unusual circumstances, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours after the order is received.

Returns & refunds

If goods you order from us are faulty, damaged or unsuitable, CannyCo USA offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Items to be exchanged may be subject to a restocking fee. Items must be in unused condition, clean, and free of pet hair/smell, with the original tag. Items requiring cleaning or removal of pet hair will be charged a $5 cleaning fee per item. Items that are worn, chewed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges for all exchanges and refunds are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges may apply if replacement items are priced higher than the original. For Canny Collars, please ensure you have ordered the correct size before use (see the page 'What Size Canny Collar') as the customer will be responsible for meeting the shipping costs of any returns for an exchange of sizes. 

So that we can process your return more quickly, please enclose a printout of your e-mail receipt. Return the goods to us using this form and please write 'returned item' on the package. If you have any queries regarding returns or refunds, please contact us.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items that are worn, chewed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

What if I order the wrong size Canny Collar?

No problem. Providing you purchased the collar from our website and return it to us within 7 days in a new and resaleable condition, we will exchange it for you. Simply return your collar to us along with a printout of this form and we'll do the rest.

 

How do the sizings work on the Canny Collar?

Since dogs, like humans, come in all shapes and sizes, it’s important to measure your dog's neck snugly to ensure you have the correct size Canny Collar. As your dog's neck can sometimes be hard to measure accurately (especially if there is a lot of fur), we have designed the Canny Collar so that each size overlaps with the sizes above and below, so there is some flexibility when choosing your size.

Once you have your collar fitted, it's advisable to test first in your garden or house to ensure it cannot come off over her head.

 

What if my dog is exactly between two sizes?

If your dog is exactly borderline between two sizes, we generally recommend getting the smaller size of the two options. If you have a puppy however, it may be worth waiting a month or so and buying the larger size.
